Auditions
The Evergreen Players is a Community Theater that depends upon the efforts of many volunteers. As such we do not normally pay actors, and only occasionally do other roles (designers, crew, technicians, musicians etc) receive small fees.
No experience is necessary to audition; all roles are available to anyone in the community.
All auditions are held at Center/Stage, unless otherwise noted. Click on the links below for specific dates, times and requirements (note: where details for an audition have not yet been finalized, there will be no link).

We are also after enthusiastic people to help out backstage - set construction, lighting and sound operators, costumes, props, graphics, marketing etc. If you are interested please fill out our volunteers form.

A Hollywood documentary film crew arrives in a small island community off the western coast of Ireland circa 1934. In a world where boredom takes on an existential quality, this bitingly funny dark comedy follows the struggle of an outcast who gets his chance to vie for a part in the film.
