John and his wife Kathleen become a part of the Players family when they moved to Evergreen over 50 years ago. While they played many parts on stage together, it quickly became apparent that John's theater skills were strongest in other areas. Light and sound design, stage management and administrative duties make up the bulk of his activities with the Players. John has also served on the Board of Directors of both the national theater organization (AACT) and the state theater organization (CCTC). John passed away in January 2023 and is now and will always be missed. The Evergreen Players will always hold a seat on the board for John - the "Heart of the Players"
