The Foreigner

SUMMARY
Charlie Baker is an English writer who shuns social events and needs to calm down after a series of misfortunes. He goes to his friend Froggy's fishing lodge, where Froggy and he devise a plan to pose Charlie as a foreigner with no knowledge of the local language. When neighbors and visitors assume Charlie does not understand them, they begin to say things freely in front of him. The results are hilarious - but they also put Charlie and the other guests in danger.

Evergreen Players and Hiwan History Museum are teaming up to offer an immersive, interactive mystery event within the former log home of Dr. Neosha Josepha Williams Douglas, built between 1893 and 1918 located on Meadow Drive in Evergreen. The museum transforms into the 1920’s home of former crime boss Victor Moretti, and the small audience, as “guests” for Moretti’s speakeasy party assist Detective Gunn in solving the ensuing crime. This offers a unique theatrical experience where actors will engage directly with audience members who become active participants in solving the crime.
