SUMMARY
Due to a government-enforced ban on private toilets, Urinetown citizens must pay to use public amenities. In a hilarious tale of corruption, greed, and love, the oppressed masses plan a revolution against the malevolent company that profits by charging admission for one of humanity's most basic needs.
